Social Media influencer and property developer Heather and her partner Luke are no strangers to creating fantastic modern design. With Luke’s hand on approach to renovating, as inspired by his Grandad’s can-do work ethic, and Heather’s keen eye for interior design, the couple has gained a great amount of experience in creating beautiful renovations, and this current project is no exception. This time, with the interior of the house, and a garden games room to plan and design, Luke and Heather had a big renovation ahead of them to create another dream home.
The games room Heather notes as being one of their biggest achievements, whereby in just four short weeks, the couple work tirelessly to build a fantastic room at the bottom of their garden, complete with bright timber cladding on the exterior, a large bi-folding door offering a plethora of light into the room and a beautifully painted light interior. Inside the main house, the couple installed V4’s Arctic Sky, from our Natureffect XXL Plank collection. Having used Arctic Sky in a previous renovation the couple knew just how to style this floor in their new home. Having previously used the bright pallet of Arctic sky to add light to the design, the couple once again used the XXL plank to complete the interior design. The couple then used dark furniture to create accents, beautifully contrasting the light flooring, adding depth and character to their design. The end result is a modern twist on a traditional and welcoming design, creating a beautiful family home.
