This 15 mm FSC® 100% certified oak floor with a hardwood multi-ply backing is ideal for underfloor heating transferring the heat well whilst the cross-ply backing gives it unbeatable stability. With a hand finished and distressed surface it has an instant aged appeal, its textured surface provides a good durable covering to stand up to the rigours of everyday life. The surface has a depth of colour produced by layers buffed in coats of UV cured colour oils. The resulting floor has a natural charm whilst remaining stain resistant and easy to maintain, as Monica explains,

The rooms are delicately furnished with classic and contemporary items of furniture with a rich colour scheme that works beautifully with the Tannery Brown floor which runs seamlessly throughout the ground floor of their extended open plan property.
