Deco Parquet precision milled engineered blocks have a universal fitting system that creates the perfect herringbone floor as well as many new patterns. Natureffect Aqualock Laminate

Laminate wood planks with added moisture protection. Equilibrium

The perfect balance of natural beauty and engineered precision. Thick French oak lamella finished in sumptuous natural earthy tones is backed on to Scandinavian fir which is expertly pressed between a base layer of the same French oak that gives this floor its name, Equilibrium. The tension created by the equal top and bottom oak layers makes this Italian made collection our most stable engineered floor and allows for extra wide and extra long planks that will span large areas and different climates.

Linia Eco

Linia Eco is a new even more sustainable way to engineer hardwood flooring. A precision micro sliced top layer allows much higher yield from the sustainably sourced European Oak, whilst the core is made of high density wood fibres from fast growing spruce. The surface is protected with a flexible lacquer that closes around any potential surface scratching, which makes it durable and easy to live on. The result is a collection of beautiful oak floors in a natural rustic grade which includes only subtle knots and variation for a clean design, with subtle warm tones and hardwearing finishes.

Seascapes

A collection of hand finished oak planks offers an expansive palette of natural colour that draws inspiration from the Seascapes that reflect the skies above the ever changing tidal shores that surround and protect the British Isles coast to coast. Designed in partnership and finished our team in York, the Seascapes collection offers a combination of finest European made engineered broad oak plank and generously proportioned herringbone parquet floors, finished to order by skilled artisans in the heart of England.

V4 World Showroom

We are pleased to announce on Monday 6^th July, in line with government advice on social distancing, we will be increasing our Woking based showroom capacity to 8 visitors in groups of up to 4 people.

We recommend planning ahead and booking your visit for a free consultation with a member of our team, using our online booking system. With this in mind we will be doubling the available showroom appointments

We will also welcome visitors without appointment who will still be able to browse the showroom.

Here are some key points to read before arranging your V4 World visit, we look forward to meeting you soon:

Groups of 4 people may include up to 2 children.
Visits will be 30 minutes, so we recommend booking an appointment.
We will be limited to a capacity of 8 visitors at one time.
If the showroom is at capacity you may have to wait to enter.
There is covered seating directly outside or you can make use of our seated picnic area.
To make the most from your visit, we advise booking your appointment in advance.
Adults and Children over 5 years old will be asked to use the provided hand sanitising stations before entry.
Please stay alert and maintain social distancing with the team and other visitors.
Children will need to maintain the same social distancing and under 5’s must be accompanied at all times.

Online Design Consultation

We will also be introducing an online Zoom consultation service which will launch in the coming weeks. Members of the design team will be available by appointment to help and advise on both residential and commercial projects.

Your Local V4 Stockist

You can still use our “Find A Retailer” service to locate you nearest V4 Approved Retailer. However due to the ongoing lockdown situation many of these independent firms have temporarily ceased trading and will not be available to help with your enquiry until they are advised that they can reopen. If your enquiry is urgent and you are not able to contact any of your closest stores please contact our team who will be able to advise which of your nearest retailers are still operating online.

Free Sample Service

Public Health England have said that there’s no current evidence to suggest that the virus can be transmitted from packages and with this information in mind, we aim to keep our free sample service going as long as Royal Mail continue to operate so please continue to browse our website and order samples of your favourite floors and walls. Samples may take longer to arrive. If you have a query about a sample order please contact the team here.

Delivery

In line with the government’s recommendation of supporting the UK building industry we will be resuming deliveries in our own vehicles from Monday 20 April. Our drivers will be carrying out a limited service to which will included dropping to kerbside or driveway, this way they will avoid social contact and maintain social distancing at all times. Trade Counter

In line with supporting the UK building industry our trade counter is open for business to trade customers which includes our network of V4 Approved Retailers. To maintain safe social distancing collections can be made outside the building and all orders must be placed prior to visiting the trade counter by telephone or email or online at trade.v4dev.carciofinocds.co.uk
