Basilica creates a beautiful sense of age and character. The European oak surface is selected for rustic traits which include cracks and open knots which are sanded smooth and hand filled. Planks are then tumbled and distressed with chunks of metal and chains. The results are dramatic and produce a hard wearing surface which works in both classic, and modern interiors.
