COR221 Touriga Oak uses real wood high resolution visuals and realistic grain textured surface designed for a more contemporary look, combined with the superior comfort and excellent thermal and acoustic performance of a water resistant multi layered natural cork structure.

The textured wood look surface is protected with PVC free Superior Resistance Technology / SRT wear layer, developed for an excellent performance on heavy traffic commercial areas. Provides a superior sense of comfort, high mechanical strength and stain resistance, without the use of harmful plastics that exist in LVT (luxury vinyl tiles) or other similar floor coverings.

Cortejo is made almost entirely from the bark of the cork oak, which is the most common tree species in Portugal. Each cork layer is naturally water resistant which makes Cortejo ideal for any interior space.

Installation Basics

Care and Maintenance

This floor is finished with low maintenance HRT resin coating which keeps the surface protected from stains and wear. Furniture should be protected with pads and the floor should be kept dust free. Read more about how to maintain V4 products here.

Environment

The extraction of cork and its related industries are remarkably sustainable. This is because the tree is never cut down or damaged during the extraction process and the bark regenerates itself after each harvesting.
