Linia Eco

Linia Eco is a new even more sustainable way to engineer hardwood flooring. A precision micro sliced top layer allows much higher yield from the sustainably sourced European Oak, whilst the core is made of high density wood fibres from fast growing spruce. The surface is protected with a flexible lacquer that closes around any potential surface scratching, which makes it durable and easy to live on. The result is a collection of beautiful oak floors in a natural rustic grade which includes only subtle knots and variation for a clean design, with subtle warm tones and hardwearing finishes.

We’re recruiting for a Sales Assistant to join our friendly team at V4 Wood Flooring

Do you like the thought of working in a creative design environment with a small professional team focused on providing beautiful flooring and wall products to the public and professionals across the UK?

We may have just the role for you as we are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our friendly team at our Woking HQ, V4 World.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated, well-mannered and professional individual who can quickly fit-in with our small and extremely busy sales team as we expand and continue to support our ever growing national customer base.

The successful candidate will be able to work under pressure to service a large and growing customer base. A good telephone manner and organisational skills are a top priority.

The role also includes face-to-face interaction with customers in our 300m2 showroom V4 World. Any knowledge of the flooring industry would be a huge bonus but is by no means necessary as full on job training is provided.

Hours will be 8:00am – 5:30pm Monday – Friday, 10am – 4:00pm Saturday. When working on a Saturday a day off in the week will be allocated.

Basic computer literacy is required with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook used daily within role.

The dual role will see Mon-Fri working in the sales office taking inbound calls or emails to process orders and deal with customer enquiries and Saturday working exclusively in the V4 World design centre showing our products to architects, designers and members of the public.

There will be a 12 week probationary period with £1k increase in salary once passed. Salary reviewed annually at our discretion and a company pension scheme is in place.
